Service Delivery Policy

We deliver services, not parcels: sessions online or on-site, and everything else by email and in your client portal.

What we deliver

We provide professional services. Nothing physical is shipped. Sessions happen online or at your premises, and reports, plans and invoices are delivered by email and in your client portal.

When you get it

  • Right after payment: a confirmation email, your GST invoice, and access to your client portal.
  • Your session: you choose a time in your client portal from our open times, usually within the next three weeks. It must take place within 60 days of payment.
  • Remote Walk-In: held online by video call.
  • On-site Walk-In: held at your business address on the agreed day.
  • Your diagnosis, plan and quotation: published in your client portal within 5 working days of the Walk-In, and we email you when they are ready.
